M3, by Mimosa Solutions, is a web-based club management platform, which helps gyms, fitness centers, and martial arts studios manage memberships and billing. Key features include class scheduling, progress tracking, face ID check-in, attendance tracking, messaging, contact management, and reporting.
M3 allows club managers to set up member accounts, schedule payments, and monitor the progress of clients using a test recorder. Accountants can check payment status and history of members, track active contracts, and send automated notifications to customers about expiring contracts and conditions. M3 comes with an attendance management feature, which allows team members to monitor the number of check-ins daily as well as track attempted check-ins for expired memberships.
M3 includes an automated point reward system that helps clubs retain members by calculating points based on attendance and referrals. Using the dashboard, coordinators can also check appointments, book events, and download monthly statements. Administrators can create employee accounts and provide role-based permissions to staff members. Plus, the solution comes with an integrated lead generation form, which enables marketing teams to manage email and SMS campaigns as well as capture leads.
