Next steps

As you start looking at project management software that also offers Android apps, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Get your team together and discuss the possibility and advantages of deploying a project management solution offering an Android app. This would help your team to be prepared for the transition from app to the other and also, from web to Android.

  • Shortlist two options based on your business needs and budget. Discuss and compare to choose an app that is most suitable to you in terms of feature offering, cost, scalability, upgrades, training costs and team size.

  • Keep a testing period for the app that you decide on. Get your team to check out demos and free trials (if available) to understand if the app is suitable for them. This would ensure that your team is onboard with your decision and you make the right investment.
