What is CSI Platform?

Cleantie offers a suite of applications designed to help dry cleaning, laundromat, clothing alteration, and shoe repair businesses streamline processes related to payments, customer orders, route optimization, and more. The white-label platform assists organizations with creating personalized mobile applications to establish brand identity.

Cleantie provides a driver application with a route planning system, which lets administrators manage driver onboarding, operating costs, routes, canceled or delayed deliveries, and reviews or ratings. It offers a host of features such as SMS and push notifications, custom invoicing, chat, real-time order tracking, and more. A customer application enables users to request pickups or deliveries, view bills, update profile information, and monitor order statuses. Enterprises can design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns as well as offer promotional coupons to customers.

The Cleantie dashboard allows managers to gain insight into store performance, customer behavior, and sales via analytics and graphs. The platform also supports integration with various third-party applications such as QuickBooks, Twilio, Verifone, PAYware Connect, and Stripe.
