What is TRIMS?

TRIMS is an omnichannel retail platform designed for retail businesses of all sizes to manage their inventory and point of sale (POS). The system can be integrated with a range of eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, and Magento, and provides tools for customer engagement, order management, and more.

With TRIMS, users can centrally manage all of their sales, customers, stock, inventory, and purchasing. Users can customize the matrix of attributes and variants to suit the particular needs of their business. Platform-specific connectors allow users to integrate with Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Farfetch, Visualsoft, and Channel Advisor, and TRIMS offers an API for connecting to other eCommerce providers.

Users can increase customer engagement and strengthen relationships with TRIMS’s tools. Loyalty points allow users to reward customers for their purchases, and customer profiles can be generated for marketing purposes. Company-wide purchase data can be analyzed centrally in a single system to provide sales insights. TRIMS also automates allocation of eCommerce orders and generates user alerts for order picking and validation.
