MultiRoute also allows users to create custom surveys, choosing from various types of question formats to help get to know customers better. The platform gives users access to settlement history, daily transactions, and re-print settlement history, and allows this data to be shared between sales reps. MultiRoute can be integrated with third party ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, SAP Business One, and Sage in order to build seamless workflows and synchronize data, and users can also develop their own connectors using the API SDK toolkit.
