The cloud-based software helps sales field workers to gain access to important information whilst in the field, in front of their customers. It allows them to access data on approved pricing, order entries, suggested orders, approved promotions, inventory, and collections in order to provide a more tailored and effective sales pitch. The platform is built for desktop and mobile devices to help sales teams to manage client information, create quotes and showcase a catalog of products to customers. It also facilitates electronic signature capture and printing so that sales can be closed from anywhere.

MultiRoute allows managers to keep track of sales activities along with visited and not visited customers, route schedules, real time location, and other performance indicators which contribute to increasing sales and revenue. MultiRoute also allows users to create custom surveys, choosing from various types of question formats to help get to know customers better. The platform gives users access to settlement history, daily transactions, and re-print settlement history, and allows this data to be shared between sales reps. MultiRoute can be integrated with third party ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, SAP Business One, and Sage in order to build seamless workflows and synchronize data, and users can also develop their own connectors using the API SDK toolkit.
