With Falcony, users can conduct audits using a mobile or tablet device, removing the need for spreadsheets or paper forms. The system supports offline access, with users able to conduct and submit multiple audits to be synchronized once an internet connection is restored. Questions in the audit forms can have multiple answer types, including numerical scales, traffic light ratings, yes/no answers, and customizable text responses. Photos can also be taken and uploaded into the forms, with all pictures automatically appearing beneath the related question in both the form and the audit report.

Score scales can be customized in Falcony to suit different audit types, and users can also define the ranges of score categories. Recurring comments can be structured as notices in the audit forms, enabling users to select the relevant comment rather than manually entering it in the text field. This also enables users to track which notice types generate the most followups. Reports are automatically created, and users can view statistics on the admin dashboard to compare sites, discover trends, and identify any deviations or outliers.
