has some neat features, like remote view/control. the app distribution feature is really nice to have, especially with the ability to blacklist certain apps. enrolling and provisioning devices is straightforward once you get the profile and groups setup updates to device profiles are pushed to devices, you don't have to wait for the device to check in
the deprovision of devices is a little confusing. android device support is limited compared to iOS. some features are only available to iOS even though the same features are available to android in other MDM software, like adding a WPA/WPA2 Enterprise WiFi profile

We use ME MDM Plus to manage our fleet of devices used for our route to market operations across Africa. So far, we are happy with the capabilities. User support is also encouraging. Well done.
Device enrolment options allows for ease of onboarding. I particularly like the fact this is balanced with security in mind using OTP as well as QR codes.
Self enrolment can be improved to automatically group devices on enrolment into custom groups irrespective of platform.

Really fast and easy to setup, we tried Intunes before that and it was a lot more trouble to setup and manage.
It was easy to setup and the devices are easy to manage after that.
For now I haven't found anything I didn't like with it

Has everything that you need for managing your devices with ease. The logical structure of profiles is easy to understand and deploying settings to many devices simultaneously is effective and easy,
The way you differentiate between multiuser profiles and single user profiles isnt totally obvious. The upload of user lists is somewhat restrained when it comes to what type of data you want to upload

Pretty interesting. got more than I have expected. Only 1 minus its price, pretty expensive.
Mostly I like patch management. and auto-update all software.
Pretty hard to get in, too many features, not could be more user-friendly. You need 2 weeks only to get out how to work main functions.

We are still in the trial phase of the implementation but moving now to full implementation. A little difficult to get setup initially but first time self setting up an MDM. We reviewed three other solutions but have found this to be the best fit in terms of features, functions and price. Looking like a great product against significantly more expensive solutions for the same level of functionality.
Clean simple user interface. The actual MDM platform is easy to use. Love the remote device support feature, makes life much easier to support end users.
It takes a while to get devices enrolled if going for Device Owned deployments. But that appears to be the same issues with any of the MDM solutions on the market. A bit more complex to setup Apple devices again if you want these enrolled as Device Owned, but think this is more of a limitation with Apple products and the new Apple Business Manager account/app.

GPS tracking is not the most accurate yet for us, We have bugs with some settings and features, but support is working on them, but I haven't been able to try them yet.

This tool is super easy to use. We have tried so many tool including inTune and Sophos MDM, both of which we super difficult to configure. Manage engine MDM has removed all of the stress and drama from MDM!
I cant really point out something I did not like. It all just worked great for us!

I use Android tablets in our trucks so the devices are all in remote locations most of the time. I was using G Suite and GoTo Assist to manage them. G Suite is worthless for managing devices. There is no way to identify the device records in G Suite because there is no unique identifier that actually correlates to the the physical device... the device serial number in G Suite is a random number generated by G Suite not the actual serial number of the device and G Suite will not pick up the device name. GoTo assist is too expensive and requires extra steps from the user. This app solves both problems.
I live the ability to apply profiles, deploy apps, and remote control control the devices easily. Remote control is much better and cheaper than GoTo Assist!
I wish it could apply a template for app shortcuts and widgets on the Home page (Andoid) and set App permissions. There is a bit of a learning curve and some complex setup steps (i.e. Apps for Work using G Suite) but this is understandable given the functionality provided and not a huge problem.

Policies Easy to create, App Management is ok, Deprovisions easy to do, option to remove pins and reset codes, reporting was good
cant do updates to test groups, updates were pushed to all phones, looping Auto deployment had issues with users, had to manually do every phone, Support really unhelpful always going in circles and constantly getting fed up

Huge feature set very competitively priced support is very helpful Has an awesome remote shadowing feature which really sold it for me
Support can sometimes be a little difficult to understand and are in a different timezone to me. but that's the only thing i can think off. Would be nice for it to be cheaper but that's the same with every product

Multiple Profile options. web interface is for the most part user friendly. Website is reliable and quick
Somewhat cumbersome to setup profiles and not have them conflict with Knox Policies.

It works, needs some improvements
Easy to deploy on macbooks, easy to deploy applications and managing inventory thanks to the integration with Apple Business
For some reason the client stopped working on some devices and it was impossible for us to gain access to the devices again. Support couldn't help.

So far it has been great and we have added several other product offerings from them
It is easy to use and enroll devices, it has made updating and deploying patches painless. Supporting custom apps is also a breeze and pushing auto updates makes our job easier.
Slight learning curve to get going, but they offer good webinar training
