Integration with ServiceDesk Plus is great, if it's working. The integrated templates of software to deploy are very great and easy to use.
Companies took huge damage because of covid-19 pandemic. Most of country lost its economic balance.
Cant love it more support is amazing...product is amazing does everything you can think of.
Errors installing software or agent are hard to troubleshoot without having to start over with deployment.
I do appreciate the nice remote capabilities, the option to roll out your own image, MS Updates, asset management and great reports.
The error messaging, most of the times to general.
Best endpoint management solution. Patch management, software deployment, It asset management, desktop configuration are easy to use and fulfill customer requirement.
I miss a function to link deployment packages and templates.
They also have a wonderful ability to take feedback and then have it show up in the product in very little time.
Overall I love using this product. I'm excited to see how it improves over time and adds features.
All the links for help and explain the different ways things work are helpful. Clean interface compared to other products that I have used.
All this from a respected company and at a great price when compared with alternatives. If you what a fully featured suite then Desptop central is the one.
My overall experience has been great. The product is easy to use and helpdesk support is always quick and friendly.
We've a great trial an take the product for the future. Its easy to use and feature rich.
Easy to use UI, Online help and chat support, Great community support. Overall, quick to learn and easy Setup.
This product fits our company size much better, is more flexible, requires less training and is more cost effective than SCCM.
Single point of management windows, with all end-point management features integrated in the solution. Simply love the amount of control that our IT team can have to prevent misuse of company assets.

The patch management works great, clients feel confident that we are proactive with important security updates.
If you are not familiar with Group Policy editing and Command Prompt/Powershell, some of the features will be a bit intimidating for you.
Coming from the ConnectWise ecosystem we were very excited to see a platform that was modern, easy to use and had fantastic integrations with the products we use.
Features that are missing for me at the moment is cross organization user accounts and SAML SSO but these are both in the pipeline.
This software is extremely easy to use, and amazing at monitoring all of my IT assets and network.
Another thing that is more of an inconvenience than a con. You are required to have 2FA enabled to make configuration/policy changes.
From start till now, evrything good, good trial and demonatration, explanation, also the customer support, the forum, and after sales, good, fine and motivated people over there, not only too sell.
If I have to come up with a con though, it's that there is no billing portal.
Overall Ninja is a great solution for any MSP looking to save some money and make supporting your clients easy and not a chore.
We are delighted with the influx of new features we receive regularly and would recommend their solution and them as a company to all MSP's and internal IT users.
The support for this software is great and the fact they have a public roadmap helps satisfy curiosity of features/wishes we want to see in the product.
Great - good trial , great staff, good pricing - ever changing and evolving product.
Ease of use is the best part about the software, but my biggest reason for loving Ninja is the support team.
NinjaRMM is fantastic, our engineers productivity have increased.
A great tool, cannot fault it. Has massively helped me in managing end point security and patches and the remote access splashtop streamer tool is excellent.
I love how affordable and easy to use this software is.
Excellent portal interface, that is so clear and concise for everyone to use.
Overall pleasant experience. Webroot and teamviewer integration makes setup of new managed systems quick and easy.

Easy to navigate and use. Also has the ability to provide easy to read reports to present to higher ups to show them that patching your software is important and Automox was worth the purchase.
Hmmm, that is a tough one. I think all patching software has problems getting all of the patching done so there still is some manual intervention, but a small percentage.
Ease of use & outstanding graphics for representing the data - those are the 2 things that stand out the most.
Sometimes the individual device status can get stuck on 'rebooting' or 'refreshing' for a few days, adds a little confusion.
Powerful patch management and proven reliability. Excellent reporting and policy enforcement.
We also are patching additional risks that were difficult to cover with other products.
Product has done exactly what is advertised (patch management) at a fair price. Support has also been great for the few times I had needed to reach out.
Currently the search is limited to built-in filters.
Excellent patch management tool, that needs better dashboards and integrations.
I love having current threat info easily accessible within the Automox dashboard. Their tech support is excellent.
Appreciated the ease of use and the quick start up time and quick responses from the support team. Use on both Macs and PCs was much easier than other systems.
Like everything...easy to use, deploy and budget friendly.
Easy to use, visibility of the end points status, my auditors loved it.
That said I did take 4 months of babysitting to prove to myself that I can finally relax, a little, and not worry about the job getting done.
Deployed to a mixed Mac/Win shop. Really good initial results.
With Automox, we can update remote workstations, deploy software, and scripts with no headaches. I'm also impressed at how fast it is.
Easy deployment and patching, able to do integrations.
The types of policies include the standard types of patches, plus things like required software , and more detailed scripting via Worklets to do just about anything.

Pros and Cons from JumpCloud Directory Platform users

Not only is their entire team from sales, to customer success, to engineering, to support amazing, they are very fast to jump on any issues or features you are interested in to help.
Still missing some functionality that we need as an organization.
Easy integration with my UniFi (UID) service. Amazing UI and perfect documentation.
At times the instructions can seem vague and maybe presume too much.
JumpCloud is by far the best solution for those smaller businesses that don't have the time or the budget for a dedicated IT team.
Not having to maintain an internal LDAP directory has been a substantial burden that was lifted by JumpCloud.
I have been very happy with the price and reliability of the services that I need from JumpCloud. I don't use them all, but what I do use, I use extensively.
Importing users from Gsuite which was the main system that housed all our users centrally was simple, albeit lacking granular import options (such as ignore mailgroups etc).
JumpCloud has helped Octane solve so many issues that I didn't even know I needed to solve. And on top of that their support team and our account manager are the absolute best.
Fantastic replacement for active directory and moving your on-premise IT infrastructure into the cloud.
Jumpclouds offering has great features and helps simplify the central user management issue we had.
The services are very good and I only remember one incident that directly affected me, but the jumpcloud support resolved it quickly.
The product has constantly been improving over the 2 years we have used it. Set-up is fairly easy and it was pretty simple to roll-out.
Ease of use for SMB's, changes are reflected instantly, free for up to 10 users forever makes trialing trivial, and MDM features across Windows and Macs are uniquely useful.
This software was very easy to use and set up. Customer Service was great during the set up process.
Great UI, self explanatory, fast and works in almost any browser (desktop and mobile). The ease of use is incredible.
Jumcloud is really easy to use. About implementation perspective - It has all type documentation to integrate with any kind of applications.
Our inquiries are responded to quickly, and we are kept in the loop on a monthly basis, or more frequently if necessary, of any changes and what the roadmap looks like.

A very effective log analyzer and the part I love most is the infrastructure monitoring. A proactive monitor and alert generator for our Critical Production Environment.
I feel debugging is difficult. Drop down or drag and drop functions should be made available because it's difficult to keep track and remember syntax of functions and it's usage.
Splunk provides a very flexible solution for helping you gather huge amount of data and then setting up alerts and configuring reports which helps you in converting data into an actionable insight.
We use spluk for datamining, particularly bad password attempts.
Data retrieval and visualisation is nice and easy if you know the right querying process. Machine Learning supports enhances performance for the cloud, especially.
Splunk is widely used for manipulation of data and we encounter the use of this tool almostl twice a week.
The most useful thing about Splunk is the ease of integration with application.
Difficult to implement until all moving parts are understood. Steep learning curve for beginners.
It is a great solution and they are constantly innovating.
Setting up plugins and integrating with any tool that needs monitoring is pretty easy. Technical support for the Splunk is very quick as they have a dedicated staff for that.
Great company, great company, amazing high price tag.
The timestamp resolution is precise making it easier to track down race conditions. The reporting and pivot tables are powerful ways to visualize frequency of api calls once you learn the syntax.
Complexity of queries to discover very specific correlations, date and time range accuracy, beautiful graphing capabilities.
Ease of use, you can extract any kind of information using commands provided by the software vendor.
Great, wholistic centralized monitoring solution.
Great crawling software for data and visualization software.
Splunk is very easy to use due to high community support and many video tutorials available online for new users to learn. Functionalities are robust and simple to use.
Overall i like the product but as the user base grows the logs grows too. This busts the limits of the licensing.

Sophos is a great antivirus defense for mac users, I recommend everyone getting it install, it is constantly in the background working and is the best defense that I have used.
Sophos can be a little bit of a memory hog. On some devices we notice a slow down that does cause some complaints.
I have been a Sophos customer since 1997, but I check and compare them every couple of years. The price for what you get is great and the features you get are first class and award winning.
Server protection too asks for reboot when the app gets updated , which is a bit itchy feature.
We switched to Sophos recently and overall have been super happy with the change. We get notifications of issues.
Setting up users in the admin portal can also be tedious. If you don't add every user in the same way it can be difficult to keep user data as far as what you can see in the user interface.
I like how easy it is to scan my computer. I don't have a lot of experience with antivirus software and this is makes it easy to use and is easy to understand when something is detected.
Blocks websites for me sometimes, doesn't let me put it on a white list.
I like that it updates silently and without requiring any user interaction, and the cloud console is good, giving you an overview of all your devices, users, and their status.
Integrates with other Sophos products in the management interface, making it easy to manage all your security solutions one place. Great price point compared to features and functionality.
This is a very good endpoint protection software that offers many features like anti-virus protections and protection from ransomware attacks.
Best Antivirus Software i ever used, the administration console it is very intuitive and easy to use, you have a lot of alerts and as a plus you have a web filter.
Customer support has historically been very helpful. I have not tried their cloud based solution.
The admin portal is great. It offers incredible control over individual clients.
Other great features include - cloud-based central management, modern UI, integration with other SOPHOS products.
We use Sophos because it is highly recommended in the medical community. One of the largest health systems in the area uses it and that is why we went with Sophos for our end-point protection.
Solid product with many protections. Cost isn't unreasonable and with added appliances for firewall protection.
The bonus revenue generation has quickly put Intercept X up there at the top.

Very good, I could setup the software very easy and fast. The guys working on the software are very interested on bringing it forward, something that I like.
They are executed on your source machine. Not sure how to get around this, but this was the only negative.
On test deplyment the overall experience has been very positive. Good support when required and great it has some solid PowerShell under the hood.
The Remote Desktop feature is missing the option for file transfers and chat but both are on the roadmap for future updates. The agent is currently only available for Windows.
Very fair pricing and simple to set up. The real-time updates in the GUI are impressive and there looks to be some rapid and useful development underway.
A few functionalities are missing, such as sending files via remote desktop, or updating programs installed with exe, not MSI, but as far as I know they plan to add these functionalities.
It has been really good, they are very attentive and want to help, the product is constantly improving and it just keeps getting better.
The remote access seems a bit limited, for instance with no ability to transfer files.
As a sideline MSP, it is great that there are 100 free endpoints to get me going until I can expand my business. It allows me to use high-level tools without the startup cost and expand from there.
The first 100 endpoints are free so evaluating in your environment can be at a scale that reflects a real use case. If you only need 100 or less then you get a great tool for free.
I'm very impressed by Action1's commitment to making it free.
It is pretty easy to use, the service is free for the first 100 endpoints! and also the team behind it is really helpful.
Ease of use and deployment. Good reporting and dashboard.
Pricing is great for a SMB, with the free version for 100 endpoints, it fit well for us.
The built-in script library is very useful as it means we can utilise extra functionality like local password resets, remote wipe etc. without needing to write our own scripts.
Their customer service was friendly and prompt when I enquired about subscription cost.

Patch management is where this product really excels. Inventory management is totally functional and based on what we've seen so far, they will continue to improve functionality and UI/UX rapidly.

Its ease of use and effective accessibility management make it one of the best identity management platforms. It has the ability to sync users from directories like G suite and Workday.
Password retrieval for overall program locks you out after too many unsuccessful log in attempts. This is a bit frustrating.
OneLogin is a great product and is very easy to use. It makes generating good passwords easy and it is also easy to copy and share passwords when needed.
The biggest disadvantage is, If the common platform faces the server issue, the access to all other software also fails.
Straightforward to use and great helps from their support team. Connecting to HR tools makes it the best to use.
The mobile app is so bad. It is almost impossible to switch between tasks.
OneLogin is super easy to integrate with our primary identity provider, Active Directory. It allows for users to change their passwords without having it be a huge and complicated process.
Sometimes it is difficult to login on different devices.
Great way to unify your enterprise credentials, with a really good Chrome extension.
It feels good to have strong passwords in a tool the can keep track of them.
OneLogin makes it very easy to login to a suite of internal tools from either desktop or mobile. I am particularly impressed with its integration with Slack.
The login timeout (to keep my information secure) means I use this product multiple times per day. The OneLogin home screen is customizable, showing a beautiful photo of my campus.
I like that its so flawless you don't feel its presence yet assured of security.
Easy to deploy and a cost effective SSO solution.
Ease of use - My company uses OneLogin as the authentication software for access to our internal portal. It's really easy to use and it syncs well with DUO.
The documentation is very clear and the support is very helpful. The most cutting edge is whem comes to price where Onelogin is way way cheaper than most of its competitors.
The customer service is quick to respond and is very knowledgeable of both the front and back-end development of the software. Easy to use and set up was extremely quick.
Downloading the app to my phone is easy. It integrates with Apple Watch for quick authentication.

It is easy to use and download. It gives me the option of backing up, so it helps me protect my information.
It can be a pain when wanting to download things online in detecting problems.
Preloaded software on my phone- it's great. It protects my phone & is very easy to use.
I have yet to dislike anything with this software.
Overall, I love it when I have a newer phone that can support the resource requirements for Lookout.
In order to access all of the functions available in the app, you must pay the fee. There are only limited functions available without purchase.
Lookout is an amazing company specializing in cell phone hacking protection. I use the software everyday to ensure my wireless phone remains safe from harm.
There isn't really anything that bothers me about this software. It does detect threats and lets you prevent bad things from happening.
Outlook seems to be a solid, antivirus, competitor for Android devices that's very easy to use and navigate.
I love how i can use it on my phone and it protects my phone from unsafe viruses and files.
This is a very effective antivirus. I download it to every device that I get android or apple product.
Its scans all my apps and anything I download and tells me if it is safe to use or not.

The spyware protection is fantastic, as are the other options you have. Webcam protection is great! gives you security.
No mobile support was available, this ended up not applying to us in the end, but does not work well with Deep Freeze.
It is very good has one of the largest databases and is very good to clean a machine that has been infected for a while.
Software has to be installed on each endpoint manually and it is particularly difficult to manage licenses when old endpoints have been decommissioned.
The support team are competent and very helpful. The solution protects our organisation comprehensively.
At the moment there is nothing that displeases us or generates a problem in the management.
We used Panda Security very successfully for many years. The company was recommended by a previous IT consultant and we continued to purchase upgrades for many years.
Panda solved one of the biggest problems we had with other systems and that is cloud management. No physical server is necessary, meaning it works for organizations of all sizes.
The management via web of the endpoints was more than necessary and presented a great boost within the company. Since having on-premise solutions had become quite complicated.
File-shredding, password vault, file protection, application protection, wi-fi protection, safe browsing, etc. are a robust set of security tools, which provide the greatest value for thier price.
Has one of the largest databases in its type of software, is very good to clean a machine that has been infected for a while, download updates 100% and is very easy to use.
The comp store makes it easy to look for the apps that are most popular to create deployment packages of since its all part of a community that has tested and works well with the Panda Agent.
I like that the notes are set up for therapists.
It was also easy to use and configure. Also the centralized management console which made it easy to see what was happening on all of our devices.
I also liked the fact that it was able to provide protection for our devices without requiring any user intervention. In summary provides a high level of protection for my systems.
Overall The Panda Cloud office protection better than others.
I left this software couple of years ago so i don't know if they managed to improve negative points they had before. It offer good level of protection and competitive prices.
Easy operation of the tool from an integrated console.

Pros and Cons from Admin By Request users

The customer service is great. Not only were they extremely helpful with us implementing this, but they are also very responsive if we have questions about features.
MacOS Break Glass could use some work, though most of that is on Apple since they have horrible identity management for enterprise users.
It has all of the features required from a PAM solution. The portal is very intuitive and easy to understand and the deployment is super easy.
You now need to drop the application to the Admin by Request icon. Users don't now that sometimes.
It can help you eliminate local admin rights and improve your security posture. You can allow users to perform elevated tasks when needed, without having to wait for IT approval or intervention.
That feature is the geolocation of devices makes some users nervous that our IT team knows where their devices are in gmaps; however, this feature is very helpful when a product is missing.
The ease of deployment and administration across our organization is excellent.
It may not work well with some applications that require admin rights for installation or updates.
The audit log feature is amazing to ensure that what is requested is what was done by the user.
Overall we have had a great experience with Admin By Request. I highly recommend the product.
Admin by Request has been a very cost-effective solution and great people to work with.
Ease of use, features for the price, break glass is nice when you are a non Microsoft shop.
Makes it easy for users to quickly gain access to install applications and have temporary admin sessions to get what they need done. Especially if they are remote.
Then, Admin by Request, being easy to use, made the addition of this tool easy to accept by nearly all users.
Ease of use, simple install and everything just works. Its very easy for users to simply request an elevation for Admin access to install anything they need.
Less calls to our Helpdesk to install applications. The IT team approves requested applications and has an overview what it installed.

Pros and Cons from Incapsula users

Ability to quickly and easily configure the product is outstanding. Reporting is also great.
It does lack a bit in the reporting aspects as well as needing the main landing page to be reworked. Still, it is hands above the competition in its price range.
The simple interface and great features are a great asset on our day to day investigations of incidents. Thanks to Incapsula, no attack goes by without being noticed and investigated by us.
Been constantly crawled and attacked by anonymous before using incapsula.
The product is great! it's easy to use. The DDOS protection is great and so are the rest of the safety features.
Just a shame it is a cloud product; however, it has to be given the nature of it's task.
Incapsula is easy to use and manage. This is a big improvement from our on premise solution.
The pricing is a bit high, but when it comes to security of your website and preventing possibly disasters, you have to decide if that's worth it.
The support is quick with a response and solves any issue we encounter. Two factor integration helps to secure this sensitive tool.
Great Product, and leaves you with a true sense of security.
Also, being able to store our data within the cloud and being able for the software to find potential vulnerabilities is the amazing part of it.
It's the best software for business data I've ever seen in my 20 years.
Configuration based on country, ip, customs rules seem to be great too even if we do not use them. The price is worth the business cost previously lost.
Luckily, our CEO made the decision to sign up with Incapsula and we have not had a problem since. Customer service has been phenomenal.
THX for your work and the customer service when we use incapsula. It is very easy to use and simple to learn.
Having our ideas, goals, data, etc stored within the Incapsula software makes us feel safe and assured.

Pros and Cons from Guardio users

Guardio is inexpensive with huge benefits overall. Online protection is very important nowadays and most people do not realize how important it is to protect their data.
Before you think I'm steering you wrong, and proving wrong that it's a waste of money, do the following.
Easy to use and helpful. I like that it helps and only with the spelling, but with grammar.
I lost my Activation Icon from my desktop and can only wait for Guardio to start by itself.
I enjoy the comfort of know I am being protector. I like the seeing the Guardio pop up notice which is ensuring all is well.
When you visit sites that you have been warned about it still flags it each time you visit.
I do like the ease of operation and how this sits in the background as a silent partner and is not intrusive as other software can and has been ACES.
Recently I received for my birthday an electronic card but I could not see the content, but just the message. I was upset by that blockage.
This is a fantastic security tool. One of the best I've used.
My overall experience with Guardio, is that I think it is awesome.
As a computer technician this software always updates it's virus definitions regularly,it is user friendly, cost effective and very much effective of it's function.
Very quick action and feedback. Excellent customer support.
This software is very easy to use it works in the background.
Once I decided to buy it customer service has been perfect. I don't do anything except let Gaudio do its job.

We love that it's very user friendly and easy to navigate the interfaces.
The main issue I can think of for the software is that the errors are not always informative. You have to contact support because the errors are sometimes ambiguous.
Ultimately, I've been very happy. The pricing is right and the backups have been effective.
Can be challenging to troubleshoot problems when backups fail.
Great support when needed and easy to navigate through. Love that we can also backup to a cold copy on external hard drives.
The only bad part really is the cost. Priced out of reach for a lot of the SMB market.
I like the tie to my storage, and how easy it backs up and restores medium to small size vm's.
It can struggle with large(7+TB) data sets, but then what doesn't.
Easy and intuitive to use, fast to set up and great customer support. Easy to manage, all you need is to check your email and make sure everything is green.
It is a solid offering at a much better price than some rather well-known alternatives.
I loved the backup scheduling and recovery about this software.
The interface on the software looks like it was well thought out. The software integrates with vsphere easily and backups/restores are easy to manage.
Unitrends its a enterprise feature backup solution with ease of use and quick implementation.
Consistent performance and very responsive customer support.
It help me in preventing data loss and precise data backup of my firm.
I like the fact that it integrates very easy with a vmware virtual enviroment. Before Unitrends we had other backup solution but it did not give us the flexibility that we needed.
The implementation is very easy, the solution work out of the box without problem. To schedule a backup is very easy and you can do it with a couple of click, and also the restoration.
The interface is very easy to use you can find every option in a simple screen. You don't have to go to different places to set up a backup.

Pros and Cons from ManageEngine ADAudit Plus users

The simplicity of this product is fantastic. Its on of the easiest and most simple piece of software to use with the most effective results.
It fails more often than not and the upgrade instructions listed on ManageEngine's website has inaccurate data (lists the wrong batch files to use, etc).
Overall ManageEngine Audit Plus gives you a great AD Admin and Audit experience. I would love to recommend it.
The upgrade process is the worst thing I've ever seen in a software product.
Great experience, I will definitely recommend this product.
It doesn't sound so bad, but the upgrade process itself is dependent on this antiquated process that uses a batch file and a Java utility.
Affordable and easy to use. It gathers a ton of useful information for internal audit support for SOX.
Although AD audit has a bunch of features, the UI is a bit cluttered and intimidating if you don't know exactly what you're looking for.
The ADAudit support team were really good with helping my team get the product set up in the first place, making sure that everything that needed to be seen could be seen.
Easy to add nodes as well as report generating. Good GUI which make it much easier to access console and mange it.
File server auditing is the best so far, very easy to use.
I mostly like AD Audit Plus because of its User-Friendly dashboard.
Very useful product which integrates well with our systems and allows our L1 techs to keep a handle on user login issues on a daily basis without requiring any extra permissions in AD.
Configuration is easy, there are many canned reports to pull daily, monthly, and quarterly reports on changed and access to AD and other integrations.
With this information, I can keep users account clean and server access within compliance. The application was easy to setup, but need assistance from support to fully configure.
Does the job, decent technical support if needed.

When we had an issue of our own making customer service went above and beyond our expectations. I was very pleased the help I received, and the engineers worked round the clock to help us.
I feel constantly lost in what I still need to patch, what's failed, why it's failed and what I need to do to fix it.
My experience with ManageEngine and its products is positive. They have excellent support and fully back up their products even if you run a trial version.
I feel that the workflow of tracking where you're at in terms of patches in process against what the "Threats-Software Vulnerabilities" is listing confusing.
My experience with ManageEngine and its products is positive. They have excellent support and fully back up their products even if you run a trial version.
Deploying security configurations can be risky and have adverse effects on the servers.
In concluison a good tool that has many good improvements.
Some updates was failed and need manauly downloaded from internet.
Product is very easy to use, has excellent features, keeps us well informed of vulnerabilities on our endpoints and servers, and well informed on the latest vulnerabilities.
Excellent product, easy to use, great feature set.
A great tool but better workflows required. Also, simpler bespoke reporting without having to dive into SQL.
The Vulnerability Manager Plus was an excellent choice for us as an organization and performs well in an environment that is distributed to 5 locations in Europe.

The thing I liked the most about KACE was the ease of use.
There is no unity between the different modules, other than the color scheme of the UI.
KACE has been wonderful for us for years. We did use it for full issue ticketing with the company for years but have recently moved to another program for this purpose.
Kace agents sometimes just stop working, but I set alerts what that happens on the servers.
Highly recommend this product. It is one of our most trusted tools.
The View by drop downs/changing views is sometimes finiky.
Amazing, from all point of view, from products to customer service.
The back-end seems a bit dated. Foreign language implementation has been an issues for years, there are options but up until now, it hasn't been working well.
Light and easy user interface, works well as an IT helpdesk ticketing system. Patching works well and I like the simplicity of the application.
Product was easy to use. I enjoyed the reporting that was able to be generated.
We have been using KACE for more than 10 years and have appreciated the way that it has kept up with new trends and technology as the expectations of IT groups change.
My overall experience with Kace is pretty positive. There are some quirks as there is with any software, but for the most part, it is reliable for what I need to do on a daily basis.
It gets the job done so if you need less options and features it could save you some money. Depends on needs, we're phasing it out.
Notifications and reports. I don't deal with Service Desk directly, but I love it.
