transloads.co is a full-featured SaaS Transload Yard Management System (YMS) for rail-to-truck reload yards.
It's built by transload people for transload people, so it's easy to use and easy to own. There are no proprietary hardware requirements and our transload software includes a web-based manager portal for desktop use, as well as, a mobile interface for field crews. Being a cloud-native system, we manage all the security, encryption, backups, and scalability so our costumers can focus on growing their business.
It allows users to manage inbound and outbound shipment management workflows with built-in quality checks and holds. It lets users streamline processes related to inventory management, inventory auditing, low inventory tracking, stale inventory tracking, invoicing with exports to QuickBooks, BOL generation, document management, demurrage management, reporting & analytics, track management, and user access control.
It also lets users handle digital audit trails of all edits and digital document attachments, including photographic shipment/inventory documentation.
