Churches can engage with members in small groups, share calendars, and use the search functionality to retrieve data such as addresses, phone numbers, and emails from the database. Ministries can manage contribution statements, process check payments, accept one-time or recurring gifts, and track budgets or spend based on fund, committee, department, and project. Parishes can also file federal or state taxes, monitor employees' vacation and sick leave, set up spending alerts, and document insurance claims on a unified platform.
ACS enables churches to track asset details from acquisition to maintenance, print barcode labels, manage invoices, and view locations or directions on a map for home visits. The software also stores data for multiple ministries in a centralized repository and lets administrators configure security rights for staff members.
