With ArcTitan users can securely archive business emails within their Outlook email client or web browser, and retrieve them easily when needed using the extensive search capability. All emails stored within ArcTitan are encrypted in transit and backed up regularly to ensure complete data security, and measures are in place to safeguard for Industry Standards Compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, and other compliance measures.
Data can be imported to and exported from the ArcTitan system with open standards data storage and transfer, meaning existing archived emails can be imported from third party applications such as MS Exchange, Google Apps, and more. ArcTitan archived data and emails can also be exported securely to EML, PDF, MSG and more.
