Spoke (formerly Circuit) is a web-based delivery management software, which helps businesses create optimal routes, manage drivers, and maintain client communication through email or SMS. Features include route renaming, dispatching, real-time updates, and data import and export. Spoke lets supervisors handle multiple delivery operations by allocating drivers to appropriate destinations, swapping routes according to driver’s preferences, and scheduling deliveries based on priorities. Using Spoke, managers can track the progress of drivers in real time, record their stops, and measure estimated arrival times (ETAs) for later deliveries. Customers can use the package tracker functionality to determine the location of goods using the tracking number provided by the online store or courier company. Workers can collect proof of delivery by adding recipient names, signatures, and photos at every stop. Drivers can view instructions provided by recipients through the note sharing feature. Spoke also enables businesses to monitor ongoing routes for inefficiencies and plan them based on specific constraints such as vehicle capacity, time window, fleet size, and more.
