ClickPost has an ML-run carrier recommendation engine to analyze carrier performances. It considers factors beyond weight of the parcel and shipping rate. It examines the RTO% of carriers, the number of converted failed deliveries, customer feedback on the delivery experience, etc. It considers your business priorities to list the most suitable courier partners for each shipment.

At the same time, ClickPost gives high priority to your user experience. Thus, it has designed a multi-functional, intuitive dashboard with a unified view. You can manage all your shipments, edit their details, cancel orders placed with a carrier, and get proof of deliveries from selected carriers. You can also generate shipping labels, return labels, and Airway bills in bulk from our all-comprehensive dashboard.

ClickPost’s integrated tracking is the go-to solution for all your order-tracking needs. It displays real-time shipment tracking data by pulling data from carrier systems. This makes it simpler to keep track of minute changes to your orders, from dispatch to final delivery, like delays, allowing you to take action quickly.

ClickPost has raised the industry standard for branded communication. Send customizable order notifications to customers across multiple channels, like WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and IVRS. Multi-lingual notifications help add that personal touch. Moreover, we create outstanding tracking pages that are white-labeled to highlight your brand identity. These include marketing assets like product recommendations that add to your cross-selling efforts.

One of the USPs of ClickPost is returns management. ClickPost helps select suitable carriers for your order pick-up and sends milestone based notifications to customers. Our self-service branded returns portal is configured with your return policy. Once a customer requests a return, it is automatically accepted if all conditions are met. You can also manually accept/reject returns. ClickPost Returns Plus app is available for Shopify Merchants.

Another benefit of integrating with ClickPost is resolving shipping exceptions like failed deliveries. Once a failed delivery is notified, customers are messaged seeking the cause. Carriers are then updated to ensure successful delivery re-attempt, keeping RTO% low.
