Deluxe eChecks is a web-based payment processing system designed to help non-profits, financial institutions, restaurants, realtors, retailers, and notaries create, send, receive, and deposit digital eChecks. Key features include bill payment processing, eCheck printing, data security, and cash flow management.
Using Deluxe eChecks, administrators can authorize specific employees to administer eCheck accounts and use approval workflows, audit trails, and custom user permissions to maintain compliance across payments. The application ensures data security by letting authorized signatories remotely sign on eChecks, export pay files, void checks, view remittance data, and edit payee records.
Deluxe eChecks offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the platform with third-party accounting systems including QuickBooks. Payers can process one or multiple checks by entering recipients' email addresses in a secure online portal, allowing recipients to print email copies to deposit at a bank, ATM, or via Remote Deposit Capture on mobile. Recipients can also utilize eDeposit services to quickly access received checks and transfer funds using Instant Funds by Hyperwallet.
