What is C2Perform?

EducationFolder is a cloud-based performance management software suite for inbound and outbound contact centers which combines employee training and coaching, quality assurance (QA), task management, communications, knowledge base, reporting, and more.

EducationFolder allows supervisors to proactively manage employees using performance data, and provide employees with daily feedback, recognition, and rewards. Through the built-in learning management system (LMS), users can identify coaching requisites, schedule training, and track course completion. Coaching program effectiveness can be measured by overlaying performance metrics with automatically-tracked development activities. A knowledge base provides agents with information on demand, with the aim of reducing call time and improving customer satisfaction, and the included analytics allow supervisors to identify trends. The integrated multi-channel communication system, which includes team chatter, banner ad-style messages, and portals, enables collaboration between agents.

EducationFolder’s task management tools allow users to automate the assignment of recurring tasks, and manually create one-off tasks as necessary. Automated notifications, email reminders, and a task widget ensure that no tasks are forgotten. The employee management system tracks attendance and policy adherence, and can be customized to suit the contact center’s needs. Users can also run a range of reports to keep supervisors, operations teams, and HR informed.
