What is MeetingHand?
MeetingHand is a conference and event management solution which enables users to organize and manage every aspect of their event, from registrations, marketing, abstracts and uploads, bookings, payments and budgets, to website and mobile app creation, and more. MeetingHand provides users with free web and mobile app templates with which to create and design a professional event website and app. Users can edit and manage website content easily without web design or coding knowledge.
MeetingHand supports registration management, allowing users to collect information from participants via customizable registration forms. Users can create and print badges with the participant’s name and image, then use auto-generated QR codes to monitor event check-ins quickly and accurately. Simple submission and management tools enable users to collect, review and manage participant abstracts and uploads. MeetingHand allows users to design their own event agendas and manage their event speakers and authors from a central location. Users simply drag and drop workshops or sessions into selected timeslots in the agenda.
An inbuilt emails and announcements tool is designed to help increase sales and engagement by allowing users to send emails to contacts and attendees instantly. Users can also send personalized invitations to specific groups or members and track their success using the built-in CRM and lead tracking tool. Booking management functionality allows users to manage bookings for workshops, sub-events and rooms. MeetingHand enables users to accept secure payments through a number of custom gateway integrations, including Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.net and PayPal. Users can also track payments and budgets, manage refunds, apply penalties and generate payment documents. Other MeetingHand features include team management, smart reporting, sponsorship management, multi-language and currency options, and more.
