PlanetReg event registration is a web-based tool offered by Hemko Systems that helps event organizers to manage events by registering attendees and collecting payments from them. The product does not require any sign-up fee and is free for free events.

With the help of PlanetReg event management software, the user can create branded registration forms, apply registration logic and view attendee details. It allows users to ensure that they do not oversell tickets for their events by managing inventory levels at all times. With conditional registration logic, the organizer can offer different pricing options to members and non-members, display only relevant questions on forms on the basis of registrant demographics and ask non-members about their interest to join the organization.

PlanetReg offers the ability to automatically add fees such as sales tax to event tickets. The usual default function for this field will add taxes that are currently prevalent in countries like Canada and add service tax rates on the basis of the province in which the event is held. The product also allows registrants to update or cancel their registration by simply selecting a radio button present on the registration page.
