Prenotazioni Cloud is mainly aimed at restaurants and beauty salons but can be used by any business that intends to offer its customers a booking service.
The Software has a back office section dedicated to the manager of the activity and a public section that the manager's customer accesses to make reservations or purchase gift cards. The back office allows the manager to manage and configure its environment. Particular attention has been paid to the agenda that allows various visualizations to the manager in order to have priority information in the foreground.
The area dedicated to end customers is customizable by the manager in his back office and is optimized for mobile use. The booking process of end customers is guided and organized in simple steps. After booking, customers will receive an automatic booking confirmation and reminders (optionally via SMS) via email to minimize the problem of customers' delays to appointments.
