Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

AgendaForge overview
What is AgendaForge?
AgendaForge is an AI-native event management platform for conference and event organizers. It brings the full lifecycle of event content into one system: call for papers and application forms, submission review with rubrics, review rounds, and reviewer assignments, session and speaker management, drag-and-drop agenda building across tracks and rooms, branded speaker portals with tasks, email communications, attendee registration, embeddable website feeds for sessions and agendas, and native Stripe-powered ticketing (early access). AI is embedded in the workflows rather than bolted on: an Event Coordinator assistant that answers from the event's own data and proposes actions a human approves, plus clash flagging while you schedule.
What is inside
Call for papers and forms: a drag-and-drop form builder for speaker applications, session submissions, and sponsor intake, with a brandable public form page and a sign-in gate so submitters can return to their drafts.
Review: rubrics, review rounds, reviewer assignments, and a submission pipeline with configurable statuses, so a programme committee can score, shortlist, and accept without spreadsheets.
Sessions and speakers: an event CRM for contacts, speakers, and sponsors, session formats, levels, tags, and statuses, and per-event speaker profiles.
Agenda: a drag-and-drop builder across tracks and rooms with clash flagging while you schedule.
Speaker portals: branded portals where speakers complete tasks, upload files, and keep their profile current, with passwordless six-digit code sign-in or Google and Microsoft.
Communications: email templates and lifecycle emails to speakers, submitters, and attendees, sent from your own verified domain.
Registration and tickets: registration forms, plus paid tickets through Luma or Ticket Tailor with guests and orders syncing into the event CRM. Native Stripe checkout is early access.
Website: embeddable feeds put the live agenda and speaker lineup on your own site.
Integrations and data: Slack, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, HMAC-signed webhooks, a public REST API with API keys, and an MCP server so AI assistants such as Claude can read and act on your event.
AI with a human in the loop: the Event Coordinator answers questions from your event's own data and proposes actions that a person approves before anything is sent or changed.
Security and data: single sign-on and granular roles on Pro, sub-processor locations published, EU data residency available as a paid add-on.
Pricing is published in full: Core $2,000 per event (up to 500 registrations, 50 accepted speakers, 5 team seats) and Pro $4,000 per event with those limits removed. No free tier and no self-serve trial: you sign up and onboarding is white-glove.
