What is Arcadina?
Arcadina is the platform photographers use to hand over a finished job and get paid for it.
Every shoot becomes a private, password-protected gallery under the photographer's own brand. Clients open it, mark favourites, approve their selection and download what they paid for. Automatic reminders chase the ones who never opened it.
On large events, AI facial and race-bib recognition does the sorting. An attendee at a race, a school day or a communion searches a set of thousands of images and gets back only the ones they appear in. Nobody tags anything by hand.
The store lives inside the gallery and sells digital files, prints and products. Arcadina takes no commission on any sale, on any plan.
Around that sit the parts of a photography business that usually live in four different tools: online session booking with payment, campaign calendars for seasonal work, contracts sent for electronic signature, invoicing, and a portfolio website with a blog, custom domain and free SSL.
