Someone walking the building can check on their phone which room is free at seven. Whoever is on reception sees the same diary at the same moment, and a manager can approve a booking from home on a Sunday. None of them installed anything. Axiom runs in a browser, so a customer can book at eleven at night on whatever they happen to be holding.

There are two schedulers. The Space Scheduler books meeting rooms, halls, courts, desks and pitches by the hour or the day, refuses clashes, and handles recurring bookings, room layouts, add-ons and approvals. The Session Scheduler books people's time: classes, appointments and one-to-ones, each provider with their own calendar, attendee list and capacity cap.

Invoicing is optional and built in. An invoice is drafted from the booking with the tax rate frozen at the time, issued as a PDF, and paid by card through Stripe or recorded as cash or bank transfer. Deposits, part payments, refunds and credit notes all sit against the original invoice.

Customers book through a self-service portal in your branding, either on its own web address or embedded in your website with a short snippet. They sign in with a one-time code sent by email, so there are no passwords to forget.

Documents. Insurance certificates, risk assessments, licences and policies are kept in a versioned library, attached to the buildings, spaces, clients and staff they cover. Each carries a review date with an email reminder before it falls due, and every earlier version is kept.

Security and access. Staff sign in through Microsoft Entra, every request is scoped to your organisation so your data is kept apart from everyone else's, and role-based permissions decide what each member of staff can see and change. A transaction log and an audit trail record who changed what, and when. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Accessibility. Tested to WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the app and the customer portal, by keyboard and screen reader, with invoices issued as tagged PDFs. Our accessibility statement is on our website.
