Administrators can segment ambassadors by department/functional area, establish permissions to provide role-based access, and monitor activities and performance of ambassadors in real-time. Plus, ambassadors can authorize the brand to launch automated campaigns from their social media accounts, helping marketers streamline content publishing.
BeAmbassador includes a centralized dashboard which displays performance statistics of ambassadors, content, sales, and audiences on social media. Managers can create a customizable scoring criteria to rate ambassadors, as well as establish a system of rewards based on results generated by each ambassador. Teams can curate content from multiple sources, determine a category for each source, and share updates with ambassadors.
