bKlug is an AI sales agent that runs the full e-commerce funnel inside WhatsApp: product discovery, search, comparison, cart, checkout, and post-purchase tracking. It connects a brand's WhatsApp Business account, via the official WhatsApp Business Platform API, to its e-commerce platform and turns the storefront into a conversation.

Architecture. bKlug is an agentic system built on a proprietary, LLM-agnostic agent framework, not a scripted flow builder. Instead of decision trees, the agent reasons over the live catalog and per-brand instructions on every turn. bKlug mirrors the full product catalog into its own search infrastructure and keeps it in sync with the source store in under one minute, so catalog, price, stock, and promotion changes propagate automatically. Customer queries run against bKlug's infrastructure rather than the brand's storefront, which removes the traffic surge that query-on-every-message chatbots create.

Search. bKlug runs proprietary search purpose-built for conversational commerce, deeper than standard site search. At ingestion, every product image is converted to text, so the index understands visual attributes that never appear in the product description. Shoppers can search by sending a photo or by describing an item, such as "white blouse with a star print", and still match it, and can request additional product images on demand.

Integrations. E-commerce platforms: Shopify, VTEX, WooCommerce, Nuvemshop, Tray, Linx, and Wake (others case by case).
