Celiveo 365 is a cloud-based secure print and AI-DMS SaaS for organizations moving their IT into the cloud. Built on Microsoft Azure, it extends Microsoft Universal Print and uses Entra ID for identity, so it suits companies already standardized on Microsoft 365 rather than on-premises-heavy or mixed environments. It comes in two editions—Cloud Print and Enterprise—letting an organization adopt print and scan first and add the document-management layer later on the same platform.

Learn information is siloed and retrieved through natural-language questions via an AI agent inside Microsoft Teams, with answers linked back to source documents for verification. The knowledge base stays within the customer's own Microsoft 365 tenant, is encrypted, and is not used to train external AI models. Information is organized into siloes and shared on a cohort basis, so access reflects a user's group rather than pooling everything or keeping it individual.
