What FlowSync PM does

A project and portfolio management platform built around PM-standard governance rather than task boards. Every project gets phases and gates, a risk register with scoring, issues, decisions, change requests with executive approval, locked baselines with schedule and budget variance, procurement/vendor tracking, meeting minutes with printable PDFs, quality, benefits and lessons — out of the box.

Earned Value, automatic

PV, EV and AC are computed from your tasks and budget lines. CPI, SPI, TCPI, four EAC forecast methods, ETC and VAC update live. Cost baseline history and S-curves are included; recalculation is one click.

AI that assists, never decides

Import an existing plan (Word, Excel, PDF) and get a live project with tasks, phases and dates. Scan a meeting transcript into draft minutes, a vendor quote into a comparison matrix, a receipt into an expense. Every AI output is a proposal reviewed by a human before it is saved. AI runs server-side via the Anthropic API; customer data is never used to train models; workspace admins can disable all AI with a server-side switch and review a per-workspace AI audit log.
