“These notes can be shared to the team members so that they can view and modify accordingly. Only the particular notes we can share that is the best part and we can make the notes as archive and keep them according to our need as change the colour.”

“Keep allows you to organize notes by color and tags and also makes notes searchable. It isn't possible to catergorize notes into folders, which is a feature that I think could be useful, especially because the notes home screen can get quite messy and overwhelming.”

I could see this being an aspect with High or even Critical importance if I had more meetings or business type appointments on my calendar, but I'm a sole proprietor and don't use Google for specific client information.

Very good sync feature with Google Calendar, makes it really nice to track everything from Calendar as well

Moving notes which are later developed into more substantial documents. I might, for example, have a list of topics for a future meeting in a Google Keep note, and later move it to Drive to be developed into a full plan.
