Providers can review key patient information before and during consultations, document encounters, and keep clinical records organized across visits. The platform also supports structured clinical records, helping care teams maintain consistent documentation for ongoing patient care.
Medical staff can use KAISPECare to prepare patients before the doctor's consultation. They can review patient details, capture vitals, record clinical observations, and make sure providers have the right information before the encounter begins. This helps reduce gaps between front-desk activity, clinical preparation, and provider workflows.
For front-desk and back-office teams, KAISPECare provides tools to manage provider schedules, verify insurance and demographics, track co-pays and self-pay amounts, support CPT-ready billing workflows, manage invoices and payment activity, and control staff access by role. Multi-provider and multi-location support makes the solution suitable for growing clinics that operate across multiple doctors, departments, or care locations.
KAISPECare also includes Hayan, a built-in AI assistant designed to support patients, doctors, medical staff, and administrators. Hayan can assist with appointment scheduling, reminders, common patient questions, billing guidance prompts, front-desk support, and quick access to relevant patient information based on the user’s role.
Built on Microsoft Power Platform, KAISPECare uses Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio to support secure, scalable, and governed healthcare operations. The platform can also support integrations with insurance providers, laboratories, pharmacies, ERP systems, and other healthcare or business applications based on clinic requirements.
