Knowledge ERP overview
What is Knowledge ERP?
Knowledge ERP is inventory software with equipment checkout built in, for teams of roughly two to fifty people.
The Inventory module covers products and units, Locations (each warehouse, stockroom or job site you run), bins, lot number tracking, transfers between Locations, kits, reorder points with suggested quantities, cycle counts and barcode labels.
Checkout and loan agreements record who took an item, when it is due, and when it came back.
Reporting includes low stock and expiring stock, plus a report builder you can point at your own data and schedule.
Three more modules are available on the same account: Sales, Appointments and Surveys. Each is a flat monthly price, and one seat price covers every module you own. The Growth and Business tiers include API access.
