The system learns each user's communication patterns, preferred tone, and formatting style, and applies that profile consistently across all generated content. Tone, language, and structure are selectable at composition time, with custom prompts configurable by role, writing style, and formatting preferences. Calendar integration supports meeting scheduling directly within the add-in.
MailMaestro is built for organizations with high-volume email demands and strict data governance requirements. The platform is SOC2, CASA 2, and GDPR compliant, attested by both Microsoft and Google. User data is not used to train AI models. Enterprise plans add PII obfuscation and configurable data retention policies. All AI functionality operates inside Outlook, removing the need to switch tabs or external tools, and keeping the existing Outlook workflow intact. Supported across Outlook Web App and Office 2016 and later on Windows and Mac, the add-in serves both individual users and large enterprise deployments requiring consistent, secure, and high-throughput email management.
