What is Mavlon?
Mavlon’s AI Quoting Engine automates the slowest part of quoting custom equipment, which is reading the customer’s documents.
A bid package for a switchgear lineup, an overhead crane or a water treatment system can run to hundreds of pages. The engine reads all of it, including the drawings, the specifications, the addenda and the bid forms. It gives your estimator a list of every requirement that changes the price, each one tied to its page, together with the conflicts and open questions it found.
It then prepares a first draft of the quote from your own past quotes, price lists and cost sheets. The estimator checks the draft, makes the decisions that need judgement, and sends the quote.
This way your team can answer more RFQs without adding estimators, and a requirement buried on page 300 is much harder to miss. The engine works from the documents you already receive, so you do not need to change how RFQs come in.
