We wanted an eCommerce platform to manage all our products for our online store, manage orders and returns, manage to ship, and retarget lost leads all in one place. The platform is great for B2B providing a B2C-like experience. Very easy to use and manage. Offers great reporting features.
It is a very straightforward platform with no complicated UX. Inventory tracking and management are the best within SF B2B Commerce. Customer support is truly exceptional, they go into detail and solve issues in no time. Great for designing an online store and providing personalisation to visitors. Truly exceptional at product catalogue and checkout process. Offers customizable reporting and analytics that helps businesses to understand the present and future for ROI and conversions.
The integration with another third-party application is complicated. Not the best shipping options available are present at the start unless you integrate with other applications. The high cost of implementation and monthly pricing is high, is a huge drawback.

The platform provides a B2C-like experience to B2B organisations. Very efficient and easy to use and control. We wanted to manage all our online orders and increase the UX of our online store and Salesforce B2B commerce has made us convert very efficiently.
Salesforce B2B commerce is a very powerful e-commerce platform which is very easy to use and manage. The reporting within the platform is highly customisable. The order process and management is very straightforward and to the point. Great features around the online storefront and designing the online store.
The only dislike from my side is the price of implementation and the overall cost of the platform, not recommended for small-sized businesses or startups.

Great platform for B2B e-commerce businesses which has helped us in providing insights about our prospects. It has provided great value to our company by being able to set up quickly in the market and has many great features that are required for e-commerce businesses.
The best thing about salesforce b2b commerce is the ability to create custom product catalogues, it integrates with all third-party software's which makes it outstanding in the market. The order process and checkout process are the best features that are available within the platform. Great at customization and reporting
Not a fan of the storefront design tools, I strongly they could have been improved. UX are not the greatest and limitations on the out-of-the-box checkout features that make one to use technical or coding knowledge for the enhancement

-One of the best storefront design tool that is available in the market -Provides outstanding order (checkout) process -Integration with third party tool is superb -Great for providing personalisation to the visitors, excellent at cross selling and upselling -My favourite feature is the shopping cart abandonment feature that helps visitors to buy the product in cart when they leave without buying
-Learning curve, does require good amount of training -Pricing is a bit high -Old style UI -Limitations on the users per company -High implementation cost
