MentionFlow shows you what AI engines say when someone asks for a product like yours, and helps you change the answer.

Every day, people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI which tool to buy, which service to hire and which brand to trust. The engines reply with a shortlist of three or four names and a handful of links. If your brand is not on that list, you are invisible to those buyers, and no rank tracker will tell you. How it works

1. Pick the questions. Add the prompts your buyers actually type, such as "best project management tool for agencies" or "how do I merge two PDFs". Group them into topics so you can see which parts of your category you win and which you lose.

2. Read the answers. MentionFlow runs every prompt daily across four AI engines of your choice, picked from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Claude, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek and Mistral. Each answer is kept in full, with the brands it names, where each brand sits in the answer, the tone of the mention and every source it cites.

3. Compare. A visibility score tells you how often you appear, per engine and per prompt, with a trend over time. Share of voice puts you next to the competitors you chose and next to the ones the engines keep naming that you had not thought of. The cited sources view lists every website, page, forum thread and video the engines drew on, so you can see which pages are earning mentions and who owns them.

4. Fix. Findings become a ranked list of actions. The content agent drafts the comparison pages, how-to guides and direct answers that match the prompts you are missing, using a project knowledge base you control. You edit, approve and publish straight to WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Contentful, Sanity, Shopify or another CMS.

5. Report. Export a PDF, connect Looker Studio, pull data through the REST API or the MCP server, or ask the built-in chat for a seven-day briefing, a competitor gap map or a content gap sprint and have it sent weekly.
