Openkoda offers modules for embedded insurance, claims management and policy management. The embedded insurance module provides backend logic, application programming interfaces and user interface components for integration into digital experiences. The claims management module automates lifecycle workflows and supports customizable processes for claim resolution. The policy management module handles policy issuance, renewal and associated data and documents within a configurable core. The modular architecture allows organizations to implement only the necessary components and extend functionality as requirements evolve.

Technical teams can configure and extend the platform using a development kit user interface, a data model builder and a visual dashboard builder without extensive custom coding. Additional built-in features include automated data analysis, risk assessment dashboards, client portal builders, embeddable forms, document generation and unlimited user administration. The platform supports role-based access control, detailed audit trails and system health monitoring.
