I find application and services useful. Support always available.
Personalization of the application to the services that our company provided. We have spent time with admin, who gave us a guide with all features and settings. The application for phone and web versions is super easy to use. Once we have done settings, in just a moment we can create and close projects for our clients. Using Orcatec saved us a lot of time.
I like using Orcatec for our business. I find applications and services useful. Support is always available.

We most like ocratec for the next key points that help us to do our work more quickly than ever: - Project&digital invoice& paymentWorking with orcatec's Digital invoice system is very simple and flexible. We can setup I think every field value, we have the ability to create a few estimates for our customers with one click and send it to them by sms and email, and we have the ability to create sections, setup taxes, and rebates, and add discounts with an expiration date, add additional fees to each payment, etc. And also I appreciate having notifications when a project had been accepted. For example: after a project had been signed, the project automatically changes the status to contact and my users receive a notification
One of the minus that we have found in orcatec - we can not add taxes to each item, only to a whole project, but we have already written to support this suggestion, and they promised to implement this by the end of May
