Rentalize is an all-in-one property management platform for Ireland and the UK. Rentalize works for the full range of property operators. Core capabilities:

Tenancy management handles leases, renewals, notices and RTB registration. Maintenance runs from tenant request through to resolution, backed by a contractor portal for jobs, SLAs and vendor invoices. A tenant portal covers self-service requests and payments. Reporting turns out NOAC, SSHA, HAP and custom reports in seconds. Everything is available on the web and through native iOS and Android apps.

Rent and finance:

Rentalize Pay collects rent by real-time bank transfer and direct debit through open banking and GoCardless, reconciles every transaction automatically and charges no card fees. No CSV uploads, no manual bank statement matching. Arrears are tracked and reminders sent without staff chasing. Both EUR and GBP are supported.

Built-in AI:

Talia is the AI colleague inside Rentalize. She works from your live portfolio data, knows Irish RTB and RPZ rules, drafts tenant and landlord communications and confirms before changing anything in your records. Talia takes routine admin off your team rather than adding another tool to learn.
