What is RentMaster?

RentMaster is a rental management software designed to help businesses handle quotes, customers' information, reservations, point of sale (POS) processes, and more on a unified platform. Supervisors can set up categories with subcategories to organize inventory items and maintain a database of product information including product names, images, handling instructions, weight, size, price, serial number, and status.

RentMaster enables organizations to send details about ordered or quoted products to customers via email and accept payments using various channels such as checks, credit cards, and cash. Managers can include delivery fees and calculate sales tax for orders based on city or zip code and arrange clients into custom categories including school, church, business, individual, and more. Administrators can also filter or sort records and export data in HTML, TXT, PDF, XML, and Microsoft Excel format.

RentMaster allows businesses to access customers' order history, search quotes based on any field, and attach required files to outgoing emails. The platform also supports several barcode scanners and credit card readers.
