Once a job is completed, users can send a review request to the customer, which can be from either from a smartphone or computer. If the job is marked satisfactory, customers will be asked to submit an online review to websites like Google, Facebook, Yelp, and more. If the survey is marked unsatisfactory, the customer will fill a form and to notify staff immediately by email to help avoid a negative review. Users can manage, respond, and see all of their customer reviews in one place.
