Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

SignAndGo overview
What is SignAndGo?
SignAndGo is an Australian-built electronic signature platform for small and medium businesses that want a fast, modern signing workflow without enterprise pricing. Signatures are legally binding under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999, and the platform runs on Google Cloud's Sydney region, so documents and records stay onshore in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Core functionality
AI field detection: upload a PDF or Word file and a Gemini-powered model places signature, initials, date, name, and text fields automatically, improving from real placements over time.
Flexible workflows: single or multi-signer envelopes, sequential or parallel signing order, witness and approver roles (pre-gate or countersign), and reusable templates including a library of Australian legal documents.
In-person and remote: sign on-screen in person, capture a document by photo and sign on the spot, or send a public web-form link that anyone can complete without an account.
Scale: multi-document envelopes and deposition-grade files of 1,000+ pages, streamed page by page so large documents open instantly.
Visibility: a recipient analytics funnel showing viewed, signed, and stalled states, with smart reminders and email open and click tracking.
Payments: collect a fee at the point of signing via Stripe.
AI tools: plain-language contract summaries and an in-app assistant (Sharna) for real-time guidance.
Security and compliance
Tamper-evident audit trail with a cryptographic hash chain on every envelope, plus a public verification stamp and lookup page for each completed document.
Two-factor authentication, single sign-on with Google and Microsoft, encryption in transit and at rest, rate limiting, bot and abuse protection, and regular security audits.
HMAC-SHA256 signed webhooks and scoped API keys for partner integrations.
Identity verification: optionally require each signer to pass a government-ID and selfie check (powered by Stripe Identity) before they can sign, with a Verified badge recorded on the audit trail.
Integrations
Xero (file signed PDFs and auto-create contacts), Stripe, Google and Microsoft sign-on, a REST API with signed webhooks, and native connectors for AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT via the Model Context Protocol.
Pricing and support
A genuinely free plan to start, paid plans from AUD $29 per month, no annual lock-in, and recipients never pay to sign. Support is by email, an in-app AI assistant, and a video help centre.
