You never configure or track a rate yourself, and you always collect the correct amount on every booking, regardless of how rates vary by property type, guest count or length of stay.

Guest registration, submitted to the actual authorities

Trippz connects directly to the official authority systems, covering nine European countries: Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, Slovenia and Croatia. Registrations go straight to the systems that matter, including SES Hospedajes in Spain, Alloggiati Web and Istat in Italy, and eVisitor in Croatia. Real-time guest ID verification is built in.

Integrations

Trippz connects to leading property management systems including Guesty, Smoobu and Lodgify. It runs alongside your existing PMS rather than replacing it, so bookings continue to flow exactly as they do today.

Pricing

Flat pricing per property per service, with no minimum number of units. Costs stay predictable regardless of booking volume: a property with twenty bookings a month costs the same as one with six. The first month is free and the base account is free to create.
