What is SubItUp?
SubItUp is a cloud-based workforce management software that helps organizations schedule jobs and analyze their employees’ work progress. Features include customizable branding, single sign-on (SSO), attendance tracking, shift swapping, leave management, group messaging, reminders, team collaboration, and reporting.
The application allows managers to create work schedules based on employee availability and provide permissions to modify availability status, eliminating double-booking across work orders. With the time clock feature, administrators can monitor employee’s clock-in/out time, verify the location of the mobile workforce through geotags, set up timing restrictions, and compare scheduled hours to actual work hours using automated timesheet reconciliation. It also includes a teleschedule feature, which lets staff members track work plans via phone calls or text messages as well as view updates in real-time.
SubItUp offers integration with various third-party applications such as ADP, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Ellucian Banner, QuickBooks, HelloCert, AssetWorks, Banyon Data, Paychex, and more. Human resource (HR) teams can manage the onboarding of new hires, working hours, employee performance and personal details such as contact information, qualification, availability, and salary on a centralized platform.
