The difference is in our Simple Software, Expert Support philosophy. We intentionally design our interface to be simple, removing the technical hurdles that staff and volunteers face at high-pressure events. This ensures a smooth, frustration-free experience for every user.

All clients are paired with technical support at every step of their event. We offer human-led guidance via training meetings, email, chat, and day-of-event remote support.

  • ClickBid provides an Account Manager to every nonprofit to assist with pre-event, day of event, and post-event needs. ClickBid offers Remote Support to every fundraiser, providing nonprofits with a direct line to the ClickBid support team for questions and troubleshooting.

  • Unlimited email and text messaging is available to coordinate guest information, meal assignments, deadlines for sponsorships, and communicating event logitics. Possibilities are endless with email and texting.

  • ClickBid's Butler tool provides real-time tools to teams during event check-in, silent and live auction management, entering paddle raise donations, and the check-out process.

  • Ticketing features allow nonprofits to sell individual or group tickets, sponsorships, underwriting, or quantity based items. Create unlimited pages for sponsorships, t-shirt sales, gala tickets, golf outing registration, and more, with the ability to link all pages to an event page.

  • For auction items, upload 10 high-quality images, add an in-depth descriptions, and category for all items. Nonprofits are allowed unlimited items in all accounts.

  • Real-time outbid notices are sent to guests via text to ensure reliable delivery. Volunteers can also help specific guests, who do not have a smartphone, to track their bids.

  • Day of Event tools include real-time updating displays for tracking donations and auction item progress. Embed these display features on your event landing page, or on the projector at your event.

  • ClickBid EventStream allows you to broadcast in near real time via OBS, Zoom or other tools. Stream a live auctioneer to call bids that can be placed on the same web page as the video stream and accept donations in a virtual 'paddle raise', all while continuing to bid on silent auction items on the same page.
