Docsumo automates data entry & document workflow using AI (artificial intelligence). It helps businesses to capture data from unstructured documents such as invoices and receipts and feed structured data (CSV, JSON, XML) to other software such as Quickbooks, Xero, and Tally. It is as simple as uploading or emailing invoices and receipts to Docsumo and sending the captured data to other, integrated platforms in one click.
Using AI, Docsumo eliminates the need for manual setup or templates. Users can specify fields that they would like to capture and the software does the rest. It learns from documents overtime, in order to achieve higher data extraction accuracy.
Docsumo offers an in-built AI-powered review tool, which operations teams can use to approve the output of the engine. Businesses can integrate Docsumo with other existing solutions using an API or download data in Excel, CSV, JSON or XML formats.
