We needed a solution and chose Whatagraph as it seems like a really attractive startup, really excellent customer support and a vision of where the product is heading.
For someone working from Canada's West Coast, it is incredibly hard to get a timely response and support. Troubles with connecting social media channels due to various APIs.
I've been using Whatagraph for a about a year, and it's simply the best. It saves me SO much time while simultaneously making beautiful looking reports that always impress my clients.
Asked to cancel a few day before the bill was due and said I had to pay for another 30 days because of a 30 day cancellation policy.
The ease of receiving an email regularly to let me know the latest report is ready for viewing is priceless. The quality of the reports themselves in the platform is excellent as well.
Some of the more granular data can be hard to pull sometimes, and constructing your own modules is not the easiest or most intuitive process.
It looks amazing (clients love how easy it is to digest) and is very easy to set up. I love how quickly I can set up a monthly report for a client and then easily pull the same report every month.
Just set and forget and wait on your inbox for the ​magic to happen.
It's very easy to use, and the support staff is very responsive and easy to work with. They typically resolve any issues within the day, sometimes within a few minutes.
I like the automation I can do with Whatagraph, I can deliver weekly updates to my clients and the reports look splendid.

Ultimately, we are really pleased with our decision. What Sisense offers with the eCube concept is a perfect way to promote creative use of the data but still control sensitive information.
Sometimes dashboards load low when using a Virtual Machine. Unsure if this is a Us problem or a Sisense problem.
Community and company are extremely responsive regarding additional features and support. Speed of the application and the usefulness of the analytics are fantastic.
This has been proven to be an issue in instances that return an error, which in effect can turn out to waste quite a bit of time.
The comprehensive training materials their support team offers was great and is a continued asset when there is something that I do not understand. The tool itself is powerful and intuitive.
Sometimes correcting our data errors can be tricky.
Clear pricing model, quick and easy to setup, great onboarding process, incredible performance, very intuitive user experience, a great support team and user community.
Even on elite-level hardware, there can be some odd latency issues depending on how your data models are structured. There are some technical challenges to the pure Javascript embed model.
They continue to build more connectors to make seamless integrations even easier and expand the platform's capabilities to increase it's flexibility and ease-of-use.

I have been using Grow for a few months now and have been very pleased with the results. The platform is easy to use and provides comprehensive data insights that help me make well-informed decisions.
Certain fields will pull in errors when refreshed. Specifically timestamped dates which mess with filtering.
The support is always super fast and helpful and they are happy if you tell them which features you'd love to have in the future.
Sometimes text widgets will just "disappear" after I have dragged them onto the canvas. I haven't been able to establish a pattern, but it's kind of inconvenient when it happens.
They add useful features on a regular basis and have an amazing support team that is quick to help with any issues that arise.
This may already exist and I am unaware of it.
The customer support is very helpful, and they will not only help you solve your problem, but advise on best practices - helping you learn how to work better in the software.
Have heard its limited but have not come across that for my usage.
If you’re going for a platform that can be easily scaled at a palatable price and don’t have substantial teams of coding experts, Grow is the perfect sweet spot for your organization.
Great experience, I use it everyday and it gets the job done on time and looks amazing.
I am able to track data in real time and I am obsessed with numbers, I love that it updates and integrates with the databases I use.
At the same time, they were working to improve the software so that I could easily do what I wanted in the future without the extra help.
Grow was a perfect solution to all of these challenges. Their transformation “apps” within their builder allow users with limited SQL knowledge to apply all manipulations needed to datasets.
I love how easy it is to make a no nonsense graph that anyone in your organization can understand also is great for managing large data sets and compacting them to a palatable field.
This is perfect for all API connections and platforms.
I've liked grow, it was easy to learn and continues to be easy to use.
The UI is smooth and easy to follow, and the customer support will help right away if there are ever any issues.
Their new data explorer functionality empowers end users to further manipulate and analyze data. All this at a competitive price point made Grow a perfect solution for our business.

The most positive point is the ease of use. It delivers exactly what it promises, easy to use and an excellent time saver.
Lack of schedule and management actions is it's only flaw.
The info collected in these platforms is put in a infographic that is beautiful and shows in a visual way what you have accomplished.
I don't like the fact that as an agency we cannot show the ad spend including our agency fee but only ad cost. This is confusing for our clients who pay ad cost and agency fees together.
Reportei has been a great help with seeing and sharing all my data.
The only thing I have found myself wishing it could do is show two different Facebook Ad accounts on the same dashboard. But I also can see how that might get a little messy or confusing.
It's intuitive design, comprehensive features, and helpful customer support have made it incredibly easy to use and implement.
Unfortunately, as an autonomous marketinf professional I dont have the money to colaborate.
For me it is the best option on the market, its use is intuitive and very easy to use.

It's very difficult to format outside of the pre-defined reports. If you are not a Klipfolio expert or technically savvy, you are limited in Klipfolio.

It seems like the functionality and data representation is limitless. The visualizations are great and clients love to see their data this way.
Compute resources are not brokered well and during high traffic times we can have dataflows run for up to 2 hours. My worst experience with domo was with their customer service/integration team.
I like the Run Dataflow feature that was just added, it's been a huge lifesaver. It used to take so much time managing all the steps one by one, but now it's so much straightforward.
I don't consider this a terrible con, but for those users who do not already do things in the cloud, this could be a con.
The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.
So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.
There is a good collection of training materials online. They also have a good community for support online.
It's pricey, but worth it. The biggest thing was the last update they had screwed up some of my reports, and we're still trying to figure out what happened.
