It takes a few seconds to load the video, so I miss the action I was trying to look at.
The integration of fullStory to the product is simple and easy due to the good documentation an good customer support. The FullStory provides some inbuilt analysis trends which is pretty useful.
If I remember correctly, setting it up was a little difficult in our environment because of our stack.
I recommend it to all my colleagues, it can help improve our user experience by reviewing their activity, not just to help investigate issues.

We tried the other most recommended softwares that do just that, but Fullstory is much more user friendly, smart, easy to use and capable.

I like that you don't need to be tech savvy to use Databox ,it is very easy to implement. It is great at visualizing results and helps me a lot with better understanding complex matters.
The lack of integration with Zendesk is weird as what I could see is there used to be one.
Plus, being able to schedule snapshots be sent to Slack and email, etc. is great. I also love the goals feature, being able to put our metrics into context like this is great.
It's still new and slightly buggy at times so it can be frustrating sometimes to build something out and not have it work 100% correctly.
The visuals look awesome on the computer, TV, and phone. I was impressed with how easy it was to create a metric.
Missing a Segment integration maybe to get all our app events. We rely on their Zapier integration to compensate.
I started using DataBox while they were in beta and it was great. The app is wonderful and the support team is great too.
Not much to customize on datacards. No configuration of the data from Google Analytics.

Great app to do qualitative analytics in user's natural environment helping faster product development. This enables better prioritisation decisions.
I found it very disappointing that I was only offered a credit and not a refund of the VAT that should not have been charged to a UK based business.
VERY good segmentation and ability to isolate recordings and share recordings. Easy to set up funnel tracking with custom events/URL's etc - good visualisation and linking to falloff recordings etc.
Will pay more than you get. Data will disappear any day, Application filters don't work.
Smart look is brilliant to see what your visitor is doing on your site it really helps us in improving our website and making it user freindly.
Heatmaps also does not show % clicks on map, so missing some crucial analytical data.
Seeing what costumers do on my website is like viewing my business from their point of view. It is amazing how much I can get out with this software.
The only negative - free version has limited options.

It is a clean, simple, and easy-to-use software. It has served me in the most efficient way when creating my advertising campaigns for my company, thanks to the system I have had a great reach.
There is a glitch that affected the geolocation on accounts that were already geolocated. Support tried to fix by geo-locating every account but now it's worse on both mobile and desktop.
It keeps your company with a good reputation, the sales area is more enjoyable with each person, ForceManager is more than what we can ask for, with all its tools that are very complete.
We have done all the suggestions-and still have not gotten the sync to work. This has resulted in critical data lost.
Happy with FORCEMANAGER is an intuitive and easy-to-use tool, without a doubt a true sales reinforcement. Also helps us optimize the time and collaboration of my team to be more efficient.
Overall I chose not to continue to purchase the application, because of my frustration.

Expecting things to be more fast and furious 😅 (being greedy).

I can't believe how such a highly considered company can produce something this bad.
It is a great ERP system if you want to run a smooth business with all the trasactions recorded clearly. Its easy to learn and access as well.
The sheer amount of time it takes oracle to get setup could bankrupt your company of resources. We are going on a two year implementation time frame and still do not have a functional product.
I have been working with this technology for quite a while now, and Oracle has been great support.
Price charges are more comparitively apps available in markete. Some scenarios are not integrated with other modules.
I am new user and I find it very easy to use. Tracking and finding is so simple and the updation of real time basis is amazing feature.
Overall it has been poor, it takes me longer to get things done with it and is cumbersome to use and learn.

No access to get AppD DB for capturing specific things. Scenario - I want my URL or API to be send in the app d alert but there is no provisioning , i raised ticket as well, but so far no provision.

Diversified method of extracting data via API, UX, query, with different time ranges capabilities, which makes it a bit more confusing to me.

Visualization of the data is brilliant and fun to look at. We use Pyze to feed into our daily KPI dashboard for management.
Sometimes the program stopped working so it had to be started again.
Helped improve lead gen and optimize our website. Successfully increased ability to target users who showed interest in our projects.
Defining the record border can be a little clunky. Sometime have trouble customizing the borders.
It has a simple interface which is easy to use for everyone. The visualization capabilities are powerful and actionable to create effective campaigns.
Customisation for our specific wants especially across apps could be simplified. Neccesity to upgrade for more features is a pain point ( but understand thats the business model).

UXCam has been such a valuable piece of software, extremely insightful, helping us to champion user centric design. The UXCam team are extremely helpful at all times, very supportive.
We have limited number of recordings available. So sometimes the quota gets over and we have to wait for a month to get the quota refilled.
Just having the ability to "see" what the user is doing is great. Heatmaps are a very useful feature too.
It looks old and is hard to follow at first contact and is not very intuitive.
Very good team to help us setup and learn about the product. Excellent customer service and fast integration.
But, toggling to low resolution on the dashboard immediately fixed the problem -- no update needed.
Its a great cost effective tool to improve the flows of our product.
No real cons that I can think of - maybe the admin interface is too sparse, some may find it lacking in bells and whistles.
Is a great help in monitoring the behaviour of the apps. The customization is enough to get the other details you might need.

It is challenging to get the result of complex queries. For some months, we experienced data loss because the system crashed.
It's been a fantastic solution and platform for our mobile and web applications.
Although it is a web and mobile analytics tool, it lacks omnichannel functionalities. The documentation can be hard to navigate through (specially from a business perspective).
Thanks to Countly we finally have insights on how users are using our applications allowing us to improve the user experience and improve the retention.
You learn more from competitors' video tutorials than Countly's. Automated reports are not optimal.

The feedback and user profiles features have been great to understand our customers in a lot of detail and shape the product to meet their expectations.
Highly customisable, very good UI. SDK for all major platforms, easy to integrate.

I love how easy you can find all the information in this platform. Its good for beginners as also for experts.
Its expensive and not all the developers can afford to pay it monthly.

It's got a great UI/UX that's very easy to use. On top of that, it makes it convenient to see all your data in one place in easy reports.
Difficulty in analyzing competitors (you need to add them separately and there is a limit on the number).
Very nice to be able to see your metrics all in one place. What gets measured gets improved and the insights are valuable.
Both tech and support teams are satisfied, and it's quite easy to share apps' data between them to see the whole picture. I look forward to seeing what new features they will add.
You can easily check which reports you would like, how often, and where to in a matter of seconds. Another key feature to AppFollow is their integrations.
The app's interface is super user-friendly, and it's made checking out customer feedback a breeze.

I like that I can deep link with this software. The ability to direct different device users to appropriate landing pages is awesome.
The organization of hundreds of links got really confusing within the site and the number clicks never seems correct with some of our products.
It is free to use so represents a significant saving on other solutions. Support for the product is excellent and there is a large friendly community of users.
Tracking a referrer via the referral link is one of the main business problems I'm currently trying to tackle. One can find an individual referrer as well as the referred user count.
They have lots of great ideas for improving acquisition and retention and regularly provide links to helpful articles and case studies to assist in improving our apps.
At the core Branch.io addresses universal linking problems and mobile app attribution problems - being able to tell which actions were taken from each links, no matter the device the user uses.
All in all, a brilliant experience with great results to be yielded by an implementer of Branch's resources.
No such cons in Branch.io. Customer service can be made a little quick.

The free version of App Annie is great to track basic ASO measures such as reviews and rankings. They Keyword tool is really useful to see what keywords your app is ranking for and in what markets.
Customer service can be lacking at times. Coverage of smaller market countries limited.
