Clust is a document collection platform for businesses which offers tools for sharing documents, collaborating with partners, building forms, and storing files within the cloud to access from anywhere. Clust aims to automate the document collection process for sales, financial services, contractors, consultants, and any other types of professional services that require the exchange of documents.

The Clust platform can be used by professionals to share, approve, and collaborate on documents with clients and partners within a secure cloud space. Designed to eliminate the need for multiple applications, fax machines, scanners, printers, and paper, Clust allows businesses to manage all of their paperwork online in one place, with tools for electronic signature capture and automatic document synchronization. Businesses can share documents with clients, such as contracts, proposals, invoices, and more, or request documents from them. When a business requests a document from a client or partner, a Clust request is sent which provides access through a secure link, as well as automatic follow-up email reminders.

Documents can also be collaborated on within the Clust platform with collaboration features such as notes, version control, integrated messaging within the app, permissions management, and more. Clust integrates with third party platforms including Dropbox and Google Drive to synchronize documents across storage platforms, and the API allows users to connect with other existing tools such as Zapier, Slack, CRM systems, and more.

Clust has brought to us a very innovative way of working. We used to gather all client documents on our website with a poorly designed contact form and the rest of the work was made manually. With Clust, all that has ended months ago. We've completely switched the whole team (contractors included) to Clust and I am very satisfied as the manager. The software is very easy to use, you just follow the steps at registration and you're ready to go. Then, the support team follows up with you to help you go even further with website modules etc. (which we use) and that's it. I have senior team members who got up to speed very quickly and don't see themselves using any other alternative.

First, the experience is amazing for us and for our clients. Overall Clust is really a smart document collection app. I particularly like the fact that we can initiate requests for supporting documents and follow up on those in a professional way. And there are plenty of cool features like APIs, online forms, reminders
