It gives lots of features like multiple users can edit docs at the same time, access control, lots of fonts and much more. Tool is user-friendly, secure and robust. Yes I dislike one thing. This tool is cloud based in case internet is not working or bandwidth is poor. It lags sometimes.

It also provides document management and presentation organization, which helps increase production and create professional presentations to present ideas.
