Dropbox paper is great when collaborating as a team.
I use Dropbox paper for meeting notes, project plans, event plans, and other miscellaneous documents. The integration with Dropbox makes it a good option for teams and collaboration because it's easy to safely and securely share documents. It's easy to organize, format, and edit documents as well. Now I can turn any document into a template on Dropbox paper. That's a big deal because I can quickly get the exact document that I need and use it anytime. Just click the "Templatize" icon. It will be shareable as well. That's so much simpler than the old method of clearing information and re-entering.
Dropbox is a little more expensive than it's competitors. Additionally, I like the security of sharing with Dropbox, however sometimes I need to share with someone who does not have a Dropbox account and I want to drop those security measures for that particular instance. It's difficult to do that.

Keep trying to use it to see how it can benefit my team and I just can't find a good workflow or value in it.
It's integrated with Dropbox is the only reason I looked at it.
Workflow doesn't make sense and difficult to follow for a team.

We started to use that platform to work on the documents within a team. It is really easy and comfortable. Also, the price is comparatively good
We didn't face any troubles or difficulties while using the software yet.

I have been using dropbox for a while now and it's quite interesting, am good with the 2gb free storage.
One of the best cloud storage I have used. It has greatly reduced my paper works. I have access to my data anywhere, anytime.
Dropbox is quite expensive to run because of the cost of data. working on those file on the cloud and saving it again cost much

as a new manager in this company (school) I have introduced Dropbox to improve the way all work processes and to track all the different operations tasks and projects. so it solved so many problems related to managing and tracking projects and it yielded good results
Dropbox has been round for quite sometime. it has many advantages:Apps available for practically every operating systemFlexible array of collaborative toolsSolid offerings for premium subscribersDigital signatures enabledSuperb app integrationAutomatic file backup and synchronizationOffline functionalityit is still one of the best apps out there
however it needs some improvementsPoor storage limits for free usersComparatively expensive paid subscriptionsSecurity weaknessesLimited search functionif these elements were improved, the app will be the best in the market

We use Dropbox paper when we need input from different team members working from home. We can share a task and work from the same platform to achieve a common goal. Dropbox Paper has a simple user interface so everyone gets started in the right direction. Everyone can see what is happening on the paper regardless of their location. However, internet connection problems stops everything. I also think it is relatively expensive.
Dropbox paper allows team members to complete tasks from different locations. It stands out because everyone can perform a task which will reflect immediately on the platform. You can add text, files, or images required to complete a task. You can use files stored in your PC or Dropbox and it will reflect almost instantly especially if you have a reliable internet connection. It allows users to comment, share opinion, or leave feedback minimizing the need to hold online meetings, call, or send emails to each other.
If you lose internet connection sometimes it takes time to start responding. I usually have to reload it to enjoy real-time activities. It has limited formatting features but offers better collaboration functions. The pricing could hinder potential clients.

I was using Paper in the previous company, and I remember that I liked it as long as I was able to find what I was looking for.
I liked the easiness of using the app. It's really simple to create a document, edit it, and even share it within the organization. It has a quite dynamic development.
Files organization and search. Unless you are the master of structures, you may find it hard to find a document among hundreds of others. What's more, it's sometimes hard to tell what Paper is really for: it's not exactly a good replacement for Google Docs, neither as for documentation tools like Confluence or Notion. The simplicity has its price.

I've used Paper as a personal and professional note-taking app for the past few years. I see it as mainly a competitor to Evernote and Confluence, however it is superior to both in my opinion. The collaboration tools are excellent and the 'to-do' list is sufficiently powerful for the majority of use-cases. For myself, the best features are the fact that it uses normal markdown syntax and supports latex equations. All you need is a web-browser to use it and the mobile app is very solid. The app is simple, but it makes excellent design choices and as a result, anyone can use it immediately. Low barrier-to-entry and simplicity are exactly what I want from a note-taking/collaboration tool, so I would highly recommend it. It's not a replacement for a word processor, nor does it intend to be.
Simplicity, markdown syntax, latex markup, web content embedding, cross-platform
I would like footnotes and references. Performance stutters with very large documents.

It does a good job at storing all items that you may need in one location that is easily accessible.
This allows me to upload documents, pictures, etc into one location. I can then access this software from a phone, desktop computer, laptop, iPad, etc to gain access and use that document, picture, etc.
It only has a set storage limit and then you have to pay for upgrades. I thought the upgrades were too expensive.

I really like how the software allows you to do automatic updates. This saves so much valueable time because the files I selected are set up to automatically back up even while I am running other programs.
I do not like the size limits for the value.

It makes it easy to make backups for all my research data and also share it with other lab members.
The preview option needs optimization as when I try to view a document the image resolution is low in my opinion.

I liked that you can download dropbox to your computer/phone and use it as another folder, there's no need to remember to upload the files to their page, it will automatically do it for you.
Altough you can pay for aditional space 2GB for the free package is way too low.

I really like Paper but I'm conflicted. I want it to do more and look prettier, but at the same time I love that it s fast and easy to build and share a quick presentation or portfolio. If it did more it would be harder to use and probably cost more. Right now it does what I need.
Paper is quick to use, easy to learn and easy to share.
Pages are not very pretty and formatting is very limited. Support is non-existent.

Dropbox is a professional solution in B2B business. Cloud storage is no longer a problem for me.
It has a fast synchronization that allows me to send videos easily with my clients.
It is the most expensive tool in the market and its learning curve is slow.

Mostly the fact that it is a free app to use until you go over the storage limit.

Dropbox paper is a workspace for sharing documents with team members
Dropbox paper helps to share files and documents and also we can be able to write or edit them, it is mainly used fully in teamwork where there is a need of sharing documents with the team members, and it offers more storage for free of cost.
Compared to computers/laptops dropbox paper provides only limited features to the smartphones and it have only limited number of exporting options for documents.
