For me, Dropbox Paper comes with Dropbox Storage subscription, whenever i work something it auto save to my Dropbox, which is very good feature.
Whenever me and my team wants to work on something new, Dropbox Paper is the go to tool. as it is very user friendly and easy to navigate, easy to share workings.
There are some few things to improve apart from that, it's good.

Helped tremendously while our staff was working remotely and in/out of the office constantly.
This has been very helpful during the pandemic while people were working remotely and in office. Helps to keep all administration organized and in the loop!
I cannot think of any cons. Maybe it could be more user friendly for those not so tech savvy, but I generally found it easy to navigate.

- Easy to quickly create content for collaboration - Global todo lists make it easy to find tasks assigned to you anywhere in one place - Offers templates to make it easier to re-use content
- Code formatting doesn't always work as expected - Phone app works poorly with really large documents - Organization of documents leaves a lot to be desired, it can be really hard to find things at times

Dropbox is a professional solution in B2B business. Cloud storage is no longer a problem for me.
It has a fast synchronization that allows me to send videos easily with my clients.
It is the most expensive tool in the market and its learning curve is slow.

Mostly the fact that it is a free app to use until you go over the storage limit.
Certain files can get “timed” out. Meaning deleted after a certain period of inactivity.

I've enjoyed creating in Dropbox Paper. Its also made collaboration easy.
The design of Dropbox Paper is phenomenal. The copy editor gets out of the way, allowing you to focus on actually creating. And then it has plenty of power at the ready when needed.
When compared with the fuller featured Google Documents/Good Drive Suite, it can feel lacking when it comes to power features. Depending on your use, it can be too light.

Dropbox paper is a workspace for sharing documents with team members
Dropbox paper helps to share files and documents and also we can be able to write or edit them, it is mainly used fully in teamwork where there is a need of sharing documents with the team members, and it offers more storage for free of cost.
Compared to computers/laptops dropbox paper provides only limited features to the smartphones and it have only limited number of exporting options for documents.

This program solves the problem of coordination of work and cooperation in the team. It facilitates the work and speeds it up, which is extremely useful for those who work in a team.
Excellent service and solution for teamwork on some projects. It gives the opportunity for everyone on the team to work from their computer on one document, everyone sees the changes, can comment and can be made to-do lists with tasks. I especially like the ability of this program to integrate with many other programs and application. The program is very easy to use.
For me there is nothing to dislike in this functional and simple program that makes work easier. Maybe they should insert a grammar and spelling section so you don't make mistakes when writing.

While designed for collaboration, Dropbox paper is also perfect for individual use. You can add many types of files to Paper. You can also transform your documents into presentations.
It lacks the database creation like Notion.

If you need to create a quick document to collaborate with others, Dropbox Paper is one of your best options. It’s simple to use and supports various kinds of content, LaTex, and Markdown. It also integrates with various services.
It lacks integration with grammar and spell checker tools. So you need to do it on third-party services. Fon’t usage is also non-customizable.

Useful but I think there are better options out there for project management
Good for collaboration and group work - also a good note taking tool
I found the user interface difficult to navigate and logins weren’t the easiest. Some members of my team seemed to be locked out of various projects

Overall, it's a pretty nice integration from Dropbox which is worth a try.
One of my favorite sources is the ability to pull images and videos from a variety of sources which makes writing less tedious. That's one really cool feature that I like about Dropbox paper. Also, the ability to insert calendar, to do list, pictures, etc. makes it a proper planning tool with functionalities that extend beyond just writing.
I think it's limited in terms of formats you can export your text documents to for storage, usage, and sharing unlike something like Google docs. And the app is not that responsive if you access it from a mobile browser, though the Android app works better.

very easy to use, it really breaks down all the issues google docs has
super fast way to take notes and backs up really fast, it's alot less clunky then google docs, it's a lot easier to share
google docs has the edge on it being integration friendly, cause of people already have a gmail account

Dropbox Paper has certainly helped me to solve key issues in our organisation - that is the problem of needing to have multiple people working on a file. Dropbox Paper provides this solution in an incredibly concise easy to use way.
Dropbox Paper is a great product as it allowed me to share files that need to be worked on with my fellow organisation members, allowing us all to contribute with no problems, without the worry of needing to email it around, merge edits or potential file corruption.
Sadly there are far less formatting features compared to products like Microsoft Word - which is fine for heavy text based projects (like plans) but not great for documents that need visual appeal.

When Dropbox a pioneer in cloud saving personal files brings up a cloud based office application you have high expectations. But in this case it falls flat. This is the poor man's version of Google Docs or Microsoft 365 except that both have a free version. There is no big upside except from the fact that it is well integrated into Dropbox. The formatting sucks, the interface is bare bones and 20 years old (!) and all of this is put together in a light and flaky web interface. Pretty poor job !!
Well integrated with Dropbox Extensive support for rich media Minimal user interface Freeware & cloud based Cross platform compatible
No fixed formatting bar Needs a lot of learning Features and options are minimal = 2 decades old

I enjoy using it, especially for editing my legal documents before saving and sharing them with the courts. Also I have created some great documents for my Affiliate Marketing ventures, and Dropbox Paper made it easy to accomplish these task.
I do a lot of different task, also side projects, all on a lap top with limited storage space and capability. With Dropbox paper I can edit and share also save in an easy to use platform. Also keep track of multiple of different documents after editing them on Dropbox Paper,
The only issue was that I was unsure what exactly this app was because it came pre-installed on my HP lap top.
