Most document management tools start with a folder. Elise ECM starts with the mail, because that is where the work actually arrives.

A letter, an email, a form or an EDI flow reaches your organization. Elise captures it whatever the channel, reads it with OCR, handwriting recognition and barcode recognition, identifies what it is, extracts the data your teams will need, and sends it to the department responsible using your own organizational chart, with distribution driven by a deep-learning model. From that moment the item has a deadline, an owner and a trace. Nothing sits in a shared mailbox waiting for someone to notice it.

Replies leave the same way. Responses are built from pre-configured templates matching your visual identity, with QR codes and validation controls, then sent as ordinary or registered postal mail through the Maileva connector, as email, or as registered electronic mail with proof of deposit and receipt captured in real time.

From there, the document joins a business case. A citizen request, a claim, a credit file, an employee record: the 360-degree folder view gathers every document, metadata field and exchange in one configurable structure, shown as a list or a table, with real-time overviews of what is pending. AI.Lise, NeoLedge's suite of cloud AI services built in its own research laboratory on a proprietary model, summarizes long cases, pulls structured data out of invoices and quotes including table line items, answers natural-language questions against the repository, and drafts outbound documents. Prompts that work well can be saved, described, shared with colleagues and reused rather than retyped.

When a decision is needed, the validation circuit runs inside the same platform. The Elise Flow signature workflow covers consultation, annotation, task delegation and single or bulk handwritten or electronic co-signature, including on mobile, in line with the French RGS and European eIDAS frameworks. External commitments are signed under qualified electronic signature: eIDAS in Europe, and TunTrust DIGIGO, qualified under Tunisian law, in Tunisia. When the case closes, the retention rule assigned at capture takes over and archiving with legal probative value happens without an export to a separate system.

Connectivity is designed for organizations that already have an information system: open REST APIs with an OpenAPI v3 definition, a SOAP and REST SDK, Elise Automate for automated workflows, Elise DataGateway for API-mode injection, an ETL gateway, mass import and structured XML or CSV export, native connectors for Outlook, Word, SCIM, Maileva and Docaposte Fast, LDAP synchronization and single sign-on through SAML or OpenID Connect.
