EZ File Drop is a file collection layer that sits in front of the cloud storage you already run. You build a branded upload form, share it by link, QR code, or embed, and every submission is delivered into your own Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Box, or FTP/SFTP. Files are never held on EZ File Drop long term. It is a pipeline, not a storage product, so there is no second copy to pay for, sync, or secure.

How a submission moves The uploader opens the form in a browser. No account, app, or sign-in is required on their side, and it works on phones, tablets, and laptops with full-resolution mobile uploads. Files travel over TLS into a private, encrypted staging area on Amazon S3, are delivered to the destination and folder configured for that form, and the staged copy is removed once delivery is confirmed. If a delivery fails, the staged copy is kept so you can retry it from the dashboard for up to 30 days.

Specs Per-submission cap of 5 GB on Starter and 25 GB on Business and Premium, applied to the whole submission rather than each file, with higher limits available on request. Monthly upload allowance of 5 GB, 100 GB, or 1 TB by plan. All file types accepted. Unlimited forms and unlimited connected cloud accounts on every plan. Organization on delivery Form fields do more than collect context. Any field can define a subfolder layer, so a form asking for client and project delivers each file into Clients / Northwind / Final Assets, reusing folders that already exist. File renaming builds names from form responses, dates, custom text, or sequence numbers. A text file of the form responses can be delivered alongside the files.

Form controls Drag-and-drop builder with short and long text, email, phone, number, date, dropdown, multiple choice, checkbox, rating, and file upload fields. Conditional logic, multi-page forms, multiple upload fields per form, hidden fields, and URL query parameters. Per-form size limits, file type allow and block lists, password protection, scheduling with open and close dates, submission caps, CAPTCHA, and Kiosk Mode with auto-reset for shared devices.

Integrations Google Sheets (each submission writes a row), Zapier (new submission as trigger), and webhooks to any endpoint you control. Email notifications to three recipient groups (uploader, team, third party) with default or custom HTML templates, field variables, custom reply-to, and on Premium a custom send-from domain. Embed code works on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, or any HTML page.

Security TLS in transit. OAuth2 to every cloud provider, so EZ File Drop never sees or stores your cloud credentials. Encrypted databases and S3 staging. Two-factor authentication on all plans. Files already delivered to your cloud are never touched by EZ File Drop, including on cancellation.
